Recipe: Quick and Easy White Sauce

Ingredients:
1.5-2 T Flour
2 T Butter
1 Cup Milk
Directions:
Melt butter over low heat. Add flour sriting about 3-4 minutes or
until well blended adn the taste of raw flour has vanished. Stir
the milk in slowly. Add seasoning as the base recipe is rather plain.
I'll write suggestions for this seasoning once I try it a few more
times (but I usually eat it plain, it's still good that way).
Simmer and stir with a wire wisk until thick, smooth and hot.
