Recipe: Potato Casserole

Ingredients:
2 lbs cubed hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1.5 cups of sour cream
1 t diced onion
1 tsp. salt
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Melt .5 cube butter in 9x13.5 baking dish and add above ingredients.
Top w/ 1/2 cup butter and 2 cups crushed corn flakes.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 1.5 hrs.
